Throughout the long history of Romanian wine in general and of the wines made in our vineyard in particular, DEALUL BUJORULUI has occupied a well-deserved top position due to the unique flavor and the special qualities of the wine obtained from noble grapevines. Our wine bases on a nice and complex technological story, which develops within a historical space, offering its traditions to the benefit of our clients, proposing them the joy of meeting an ancient, sincere and devoted friend. The high-quality wines that we produce under the direct supervision of ProWine International coordinating staff are obtained from the grapes harvested from 195 ha of noble grapevine, of which 40 ha are held in lease. The white wine brands we produce are: Feteasca Alba, Feteasca Regala, Aligotte, Muscat Ottonel, Chardonnay, Riesling Italian; the red brands we offer are: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Babeasca, Pinot Noir, Grand Burgund. Starting from the fall of 2002, using modern winemaking technologies, we have obtained over 1.700.000 l high quality wine with an alcoholic concentration of over 12 degrees, which lines up to the requirements of the norms in force and fulfilling conditions related to quality. By our wines we do not approach the pseudospecialists, who do not understand yet that there is a private industry of the integral wine, but the real clients who are able to appreciate the value and the new and to give up to inflexible drafts in favor of work and sacrifice which has enabled the company to maintain its goals. The technological flow is performed in accordance with very strict rules, starting from harvesting ripe grapes, at a sugar content ranging between 190 and 215 g/l, obtaining the must, and ending with winemaking, a traditional process conferring it its great quality, namely that of satisfying the taste of consumer ranging from amateurs to connaisseurs, through a very wide range in brand, quality and quantity. being produced exclusively according to the terms of the Law of vineyard and wine no. 244/2002, the Application Rules 1134/2002 and of the Order of the Ministry for Health 975/1998 regarding the hygienic and sanitary Norms for food as well as of other normative bills in force.

	Alligote Dry
Alligote	It is a dry wine having a yellow-green color, stable in time and of a superior quality. Its taste and aroma impress by a noteworthy balance and flavor. Its natural acidity ensures the wine’s particular briskness and freshness.

	Babeasca Sweet
Babeasca	It has a red, less intense color, but sufficiently lasting in time. Its bouquet-flavor and savour remind of those of the very ripe grape. These finish by keeping wines, not for too long though in casks, continuing with bottles, where they get slight elerate nuances, peculiar to high-quality red wines. Young or old, the wine Babeasca neagra of Bujorului Hill still stays in the memory of those who drink it for the abundance of its organoleptic features.

	Cabernet Souvignon Dry
Cabernet Souvignon	It has a dark red-ruby color, remarking itself among the other red wines in the vineyard. It imposes itself by the level its main components are found, but most of all by the balance of these. When it is young, it keeps the astringency of the grape that imparts it a manlike nuance. After 1-2 years of keeping it in the cask, it becomes more velvety with a very nice taste, without losing the masculine wine character particular to this variety.

	Chardonnay Dry
Chardonnay	The appliance and suitability of several research subjects particular to the reference field to concrete realities in the vineyard have represented one of our success’ secrets till present.

	Feteasca Alba Dry
Feteasca Alba	It is a white wine, usually dry, yellow-colored with slight green reflexes, with a moderate alcohol concentration and acid enough in order to be attributed the term of harmonically constituted wine. The taste and the discreet flavor remind of the wild flowers’ fragrance.

	Feteasca Regala Dry
Feteasca Regala	It is a white, dry wine, of yellow-greenish color, getting in time the pale gold color. Young wine presents an extra acidity and a more obvious variety flavor.

	Merlot Sweet
Merlot	It is a red-ruby-colored wine with a nice taste reminding the bilberry’s taste, even spicy sometimes, but without altering its velvety aspect. It grows within a quite short period of time (1-2 years), and by getting old in the bottles, it develops a very refined bouquet-flavor. It is our main variety for red wines, reflecting most significantly the potential of Bujorului Hill vineyard.

	Muscat Ottonel Sweet
Muscat Ottonel	It is a yellow-greenish wine, which by being kept in the cask and getting old in bottles gets, quite shortly, a golden-yellow color. Sufficiently alcoholic, poorly acid and with a quite high content in extract, the wine distinguishes itself by its particular, hard to forget, attracting flavor.

	Pinot Noir Burgund Mare Dry
Pinot Noir Burgund Mare	The appliance and suitability of several research subjects particular to the reference field to concrete realities in the vineyard have represented one of our success’ secrets till present.

	Riesling Italian Dry
Riesling Italian	It is a dry wine, having a yellow-greenish color, resistant in time and more acid than the wines of Feteasca, which enhances its longevity, without losing its elegance and energy. Its extremely personal flavor, accompanied by a fruity taste, impose it as a convincing and favorite wine.
